Please don't leave balloons in a hot car - helium expands in the heat and this could cause your balloons to pop! If your balloons get rained on and start to droop, don't worry – they'll float again when dry. When helium-filled balloons are taken into the cold, they will temporarily deflate and will re-inflate again when warm.

Balloons are not a toy. Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children without supervision. Store balloons away from pets to ensure that they cannot get themselves tangled with balloon ribbons or accidentally ingest popped balloons or their decorative contents such as confetti, feathers, or other materials. If a balloon pops, clear away any broken balloons and it's decorative contents (if applicable) immediately.

Lights, paint textures, irregular surfaces and even static can all pop balloons. If you are planning on placing your balloons on a ceiling, ensure that you test it first. Latex balloons and Oxidization: Clear balloons become cloudy quickly when exposed to heat and sunshine. Coloured balloons will take on a velvety, matte appearance.

While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, they are out of our control. Float times (approx): • 11” latex – 5-7 hrs* (by using Hi-Float balloon treatment we are able to increase this float time) • 18”, 20” & 36” foils (including numbers & letter foils) -72 hrs* • Cubez, Orbz & Diamondz - 72hrs • Bubble balloons – 18hrs + * • Latex confetti balloon – 5-7 hrs* • Stuffed balloons - 24 hrs*

Weather, temperature and storage location can also reduce the length of time that helium-inflated balloons will float. Cold temperatures cause the balloons to deflate faster.

Once the item(s) have been accepted by the customer and in their possession any breakage or mishandling issues are not covered by us.

Whilst you do not need to pre-book your Balloons, it it recommended you speak to us instore if you are planning on ordering a personalised balloon, or if you intend to place a large order. Whilst you can order online, we always recommend it best to speak with an expert in store who will be always happy to offer advice.

All 18" foil balloons come with both ribbon and a weight. Super Shape Balloons require a heavy weight costing just £1.00

Deco Bubbles are clear and ?? filled with Balloons, Confetti feathers and gold flake. Orbs are solid colours.

Yes! for a small charge, it is possible to request your Balloons to be filled at another store.

The cost to fill your own Balloons depends on the size. Simply pop into one of our shops and we'll give you a price

In a word No, however the price we charge includes the filling of your Balloons with Helium.

All our 18" Foils last upto 7 days after purchase, Deco Bubbles, upto 2 weeks and Super Shape, a minimum of 7 days.

Latex Balloons can last upto 12 hours, or 3 days if treated - please ask us about this in store

For best results, once purchased, and at home, we recommend you take your Balloons out of the bag as soon as possible, and keep at room temperature

You can collect you order from any store at a time thats suits. To prep your order, we ask you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice

Orders places instore can be changed until the day before. Store order cancellations will result in deposits being lost. Online order cancellation cannot be guaranteed, but will accommodated where possible.
